2015 Reflections

December 31, 2015

Two thousand and fifteen was filled with incredible moments. I collaborated with some fabulous bloggers and local businesses, went on a picture perfect trip to Charleston with my man, and another incredible trip to California with my mom. In between all those big ticket events, life was filled with colourful outfits, delicious treats and simple moments spent with loved ones. It was also filled with stressful, anxious times, and a boatload of tears. Although these moments are not necessarily projected on P&P, I want you to know that they happen, and often at that. We all deal with pain, and I don't want you to think for a second that life is pastel perfect over here! I just aim to bring you a place of happiness in hopes to inspire your everyday. With everything in me I want to you thank you for following along on this journey of a blog. It means the world to me that I'm ringing in another year with Pastels & Pastries. Here are some of my most treasured moments in snapshots. Keep scrolling to see some of my favourite outfits and baking moments of 2015.

  4. I think it's so easy to forget that bloggers are real people, and we all experience struggles and difficulties that may not be shared! Still, it sounds like you had a really incredible year! I'm so glad we met and we will need to hang out again in 2016. Happy New Year!

  7. I am glad that I finally got a chance to check out this place. Great views, food is nice. The quality of service at Chicago event venues was great, and the environment were pretty comfortable. I’ll say I will look forward to visit again.
