La Dolce Vita- Italy Vlog

January 25, 2016

You may remember a while ago, B and I took a trip to Europe (I'll link some past posts below). Since the travel bug has hit me hard this January I've been going through old pictures over and over again. We often look through the pictures of this trip, smiling and reminiscing, but I totally forgot about all the video footage I took while on this trip! I recently re-discovered it and created my first Vlog about our time in Italy. We flew from Nice to Naples, based ourselves in Positano and toured the Amalfi Coast. We then island hopped to Capri to soak up the sun for a few nights before heading northbound to Florence and Rome. The food, the people, the sites…I remember it like it was yesterday! We ate pizza and drank wine till we burst, scootered around like Romans, and set sail on our own adventures.

Here is my first attempt at video making! I'd love to hear your thoughts. I have so much more footage from Barcelona, and France; let me know if you want to see more!

More from our last Eurotrip:

Amsterdam
The Keukenhof Gardens
Barcelona
The Cote d'Azur

  2. LOVE THIS! You need to do these way more often! I've always been tempted by vlogging, especially when I travel, and you may just have convinced me to give it a go!

  3. WHAT!?!? This is your first Vlog?! AHH!! I loved every second of this!! I have no idea how you put this together because video editing is a whole other beast (and it frightens me), but this was amazing. You two looked like you were having the best time, and it's amazing that you can look back on these memories. I can practically taste that pizza!

    1. I love the south of Italy! So, so different than the north! I used my Canon, however the quality totally changes when you import the video to YouTube, which is annoying! Need to work on how to change that!
